HB 1205 - the MS Death Benefit Bill HAS BEEN PASSED AND WILL BE SIGNED INTO LAW!!!
We are so proud of PROFAM for all the hard work and lobbying efforts to finally get a death definition signed into law.
Although we were unable to get everything on our bill that we had originally asked for, know that our great association will be performing due diligence to prepare for more legislative efforts in the coming months.
