The massive flooding has left many firefighters' homes in Louisiana heavily damaged. The International Association of Firefighters and many of our local fire departments along the Mississippi Gulf Coast are working to keep first responders safe during this disaster and collect donations for the Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Gonzales, and surrounding areas.
If you have any information about career firefighters that are in need of assistance please call Johnny Bass (601.832.6233) or Michelle Crowley (228.324.7461). For IAFF members, please contact Danny Todd (901.409.6549 or dtodd@iaff.org).
Gulfport Fire Department and D'Iberville Fire Departments are taking donations at their local firehouses. Please no food or clothing.
Many of these firefighters assisted our departments during Hurricane Katrina. Let's pay it forward PROFAM!
