The Back the Badge legislation which creates enhanced penalties for assaulting first responders has just passed the house by a vote of 94-18 and is headed to the Governor's desk for a signature.
April 18th will be the day earmarked for the governor to sign the Back The Badge Bill that has cleared the House and Senate at the Mississippi State Capitol earlier this week. PROFAM wishes to thank all those Mississippi Legislators #MSLeg that worked so hard to pass this bill.
